How It Works

• Initial Consultation (15-30 mins).

  • We’ll start with a conversation about your candle preferences, including vessel style, fragrance, and overall design.

• Scent Selection & Testing

  • Choose from our curated fragrance collection or create a custom scent blend.

  • Opt for a Scent Curation Meeting ($100) to explore fragrance samples and craft up to four test candles. These will be cured and burn-tested over a one-week period to ensure the best scent throw and performance.

  • If you already have a fragrance in mind and trust our selection, a $50 start-up fee applies to cover the time spent in scent selection, communication, and ensuring your candle meets your expectations.

• Select Your Vessel:

  • Choose from a variety of luxury glass, ceramic,  vessels in different sizes and finishes.

• Customize Your Label & Packaging:

  • Make your candles uniquely yours with personalized branding and packaging options:

    • Custom Labels & Branding – Perfect for boutique retail, corporate gifts, and special events. We can produce candles under your branding with custom labels, packaging, and wax seals.

    • Minimalist Label Design – We offer simple, elegant label designs but have limited graphic design experience. Most of our labels and logos are created in Canva, so we encourage you to provide your own branding if you prefer.

    • Custom Wax Seal – Add a wax seal to your boxes with your logo or initials for an extra touch of sophistication. We’ll do our best to match the wax seal color to your selected vessel for a cohesive, elegant look.

• Hand-Poured to Perfection:

  • ​Every candle is made in-house with high-quality ingredients and attention to detail.

Order Details

• Minimum Order: 24 candles per scent blend (ordered in increments of 12 per case). 

• Lead Time: 3-6 weeks, depending on decision-making, product availability, and shipping times

• Start-Up Fees:

  • $50 if you trust our scent selection

  • $100 for a one-on-one scent curation meeting

• Pricing Per Candle:

  • ​Candles range from $10 to $35 each based on vessel, fragrance, packaging, and customization. 

• Deposit:

  • ​A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins.

• Regulatory & Safety Compliance:

  • All candles include a required warning label featuring our contact information, as per state regulations.
