Our custom candle pouring sessions typically last 30-45 minutes. You’ll create your own candle using our DIY menu, with guidance from our experienced team.

How do I modify my reservation?

We understand plans can change! Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Simply reach out to us for assistance.

For our public workshops, we do not permit outside alcohol.

Walk-ins are welcome, but we highly recommend booking a reservation. Our pouring sessions are limited in size, so securing a spot ensures availability. Check our schedule and reserve your seat here!

Our workshops are designed for each participant to have their own seat and space to pour. If someone prefers to observe, they may not have a seat during a full workshop. To fully enjoy the experience, we suggest booking a seat for every guest.

No, the candle needs up to three hours to cure. You can either come back to pick it up during our business hours or have it shipped to you for $12 (within the continental U.S.).

​​​​Yes, we’ll hold your candle for up to 10 days. If it’s not picked up by then, we can ship it to you for $12 upon request. After that, we’re unable to store it any longer.

We don’t allow outside vessels during our workshops, but we’d love to have you join us for one of our Candle Refill Parties! Bring your empty vessel, and we’ll help you refill it with a new custom fragrance. These monthly events are perfect for reducing waste and keeping your favorite candle vessels in use!

Yes! Participants must be at least 12 years old to pour candles. Anyone under 18 will need a waiver signed by their legal guardian. While the guardian doesn’t need to be present, a chaperone must attend with minors.

We offer empty vessels for sale at $20 each. However, our fragrance oils are not available for purchase at this time.

Cancellations for workshops are accepted up to 24 hours before your scheduled session for a full refund. For retail merchandise, all sales are final, and returns are not accepted.

We recommend using one form of payment to secure your group’s reservation. If separate payments are needed, each person will need to book individually to ensure their seat is reserved.

If you need to adjust your reservation (date, time, or number of seats), please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate the changes.
